I’m a curious being who is tickled, awestruck, overwhelmed, dumbfounded, crushed, buoyed, and delighted by my time here on earth.

I’m doing my best to cultivate and tend to a harmonious existence. The resources I gravitate to most often are love, knowledge, creativity, and connection.
